Duties

The incumbent maintains, repairs and carries out new electrical installations in all Government Owned and Leased office buildings, warehouses, workshops, residences, housing compounds and apartments.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:  A minimum of 3 years experience as an electrician required.

EXPERIENCE: Trois ans d’expérience minimum en tant qu’électricien requis.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:  Knowledge of French building code, Normes Françaises - electricité

A good knowledge of established practices and procedures in the electrical trade is required.

Must possess knowledge of on-the -job safely practices and procedures to prevent injury to self and others.

CONNAISSANCE: Connaissance du code du bâtiment français, des normes française d’electricité requise.

Bonne connaissance des pratiques et procédures établies dans les métiers de l’électricité requise.

Connaissance des pratiques et des procédures de sécurité sur le terrain afin d’éviter de se blesser ou que les autres se blessent requise.

At least CAP electrician required

Evaluations:
LANGUAGE (THIS WILL BE TESTED):  Level 3 French (Good Working Knowledge) required. Level 1 English (Rudimentary Knowledge) required. 

LANGUE (CELA SERA TESTE): Bonne connaissance du français : niveau 3 / Notions d’anglais: niveau 1



SKILLS AND ABILITIES (THIS MAY BE TESTED):  Must possess a valid French driver's license.

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
