The Human Resources (“HR”) team is seeking an experienced HR partner to serve as the Line Solutions Human Resource Manager (“HRM”) for the Greater China Region (GCR). As the Line Solutions HRM, you will work with the business to solve complex HR queries and matters across the organization. You will be an integral member of the Line Solutions team leading the way in optimized delivery of HR service and solutions, data-driven, growth oriented and strategic HR.

Responsibilities:

1. Key Accountabilities: 
• Provides HR consulting services to various stakeholders regarding processes managed, in both proactive and reactive ways
• Manages, in partnership with the team, all HR queries coming through the CRM/queue management system whilst ensuring to adhere to Microsoft and HR policy.
• Drives resolution of issues, in collaboration with partners in staffing, human resources, CELA Employment Legal Team, ERIT and other groups. Will escalate to more senior team members or team lead when necessary. 
• Involved in analyzing and reporting on various data connected to the HR processes managed. Partners closely with HR Business Insights team on diagnosing, interpreting and building recommendations based on data analyzed.
• Participates in identifying training needs within the organization or geography supported and may assist in implementation of manager training solutions
• Responsible for drafting and maintaining HR policies regarding managed processes. Will ensure to establish strong partnerships with relevant HR policy owners.
• Participate together with other Line Solutions HRMs in managing customer queries channels on a rotational basis
• May assist with ER investigations and implements appropriate remediation in conjunction with the organization. 
• Manages processes to include transfers, performance management cases, exits and any other HR relevant processes that will be covered by Line Solutions scope of work
2. Build capability in managers to facilitate an open, inclusive, Microsoft values-based environment that enables effective employee experience. Ensure HRM role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved HR issues. Instills trust and confidence by maintaining objectivity and clearly communicating rationale behind recommendations. Remain patient and professional at all times. 
3. Ensures the client organization follows Microsoft and HR policies and regulations, as well as local workforce laws. Ensures business leaders are making decisions and taking actions that are in accordance with them. Mitigate potential risk to the company. 
4. Maintain appropriate records of cases in electronic database. Respond in a timely manner to written correspondence, email and other outreach from employees and managers. Analyze trends and identify issues in and across teams.
5. May be included as team member or may be leading other various HR related projects with a wider focus on the organization or geography of which is part of.

• Demonstrated knowledge of HR laws and local labor laws in PRC/HK/TW locations

Education and Experience:
• Education Level Required: BS/BA degree required.
• Advanced degree in HR preferred. PHR/SHRM-CP preferred or equivalent working experience.
• Years of Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant work experience.
