Job Description :
To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities in the Northwestern Region to maintain, develop and increase corporate and agency sales, in accordance with directives and policies set forth by the company.
Responsible for maintaining flight training records, training schedule management and daily life support for trainees.
Make various documents to be submitted to JCAB (Japan Civil Aviation Bureau) and internal departments of the company.
○ ALTEA Reservation and Fare Information System
○ JOIS JAL Sales Online Integrated System
○ MIDT Airline booking information system
○ PRISM Airlines ticketing data by companies
Monitor and report on activities and performances of given territorial coverage and appropriate relevant management information.
○ Weekly activity and expense report
○ Monthly review of target market results and prospects
Negotiate corporate and agency contracts
○ Collect and analyze data
○ Make proposals, negotiate to conclusion
○ Prepare documentations
○ Implement contract details
○ Service the account and periodically review its performance
○ Renew, re-negotiate or terminate contracts based on performance reviews
Carry out market research, conduct competitor and customer surveys
Liaise with internal staff for close coordination and processing of information and services.
Attend trainings to develop relevant knowledge and skills required for job enhancement.
Attend tradeshows and network events to promote company brand and awareness.
Plan, prepare and give sales presentations
Maintain a detailed customer database including contract agreement, their production, key personnel and contact information.
Prioritize and plan personal sales activities to bring in maximum revenue within limited time and resources
